Ordering
You can order online, by
telephone or by post.
You will
receive a confirmation email from us once we have
received your order via this website. This email is
an acknowledgement that your order has been received
and does not guarantee that your order can be
fulfilled. Should we not be able to meet your order
we will contact you at the earliest opportunity
within 48 hours. Once this has been sent, whether it
is received or not by your computer, a contract will
be formed between Pringle Art and yourselves. This
contract means that Pringle Art will endeavour to
supply you with your order. Once goods are ready for
dispatch you will receive another email indicating
this, at which point the supply of your order is
guaranteed.

370996 between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday (except
Bank Holidays). Outside these hours please leave a
message and we will contact you as soon as we can.
Delivery
Our delivery services

Deliveries
are sent by either first class Royal Mail or courier
service. Some deliveries may require a signature,
and we are happy to deliver to your place of work or
to a neighbour if you indicate this on the "Shipping
Address" part of the online order form.
We aim to deliver your purchases in around 5 working
days, although some deliveries may take longer to
reach you, so please allow up to 28 days for
delivery.
Returns, Refunds and Faulty
Goods
Items must be returned in the original packaging
within 7 days of receipt. It is at our discretion
whether items are in perfect saleable condition to
qualify for a 40% refund (see Rejection Policy).
We do not refund postage and packaging charges incurred by you in such instances, and cannot refund used or customer damaged goods, even if this occurs when items are being returned to us. For this reason we strongly advise you to use a guaranteed postal service, as you are responsible for the goods until we have received them. If damage occurs to items in transit or they are lost in transit you will need to claim against the carrier. Pringle Art cannot be held accountable in such instances. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If the goods
you receive are faulty, or have been damaged in
transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt
and return the product to us with the original
receipt within 7 days. A 40% (see Rejection Policy) refund will be given
within 28 days (including additional p/p costs) in
such circumstances.
Product Descriptions
Product descriptions and pictures are as accurate as
possible.
Occasionally products may be out of stock, and we
will make every effort to identify this on the
product page. If however, this occurs simultaneously
to your order, we will inform you at the earliest
opportunity and advise you about the expected
time for items to become in stock again. A refund
will be given if this time is unsuitable for your
needs.
We may alter or withdraw any
product or part of this website at any time.
Cancellation Once Painting Process has
started.
If you wish to cancel and the portrait has already
been started, there will be a cancellation fee of
40% of the total cost of the portrait.
Rejection of Portrait Once Completed and shipped to
customer
On receiving
an completed portrait, you have a period of 7 days to
contact us about any further changes required to the
portrait. If the portrait needs to be returned for
alterations the customer must meet the costs of
shipping.
Once the alterations are made a new scan/photo of
the artwork is sent for approval. If after the
changes have been made, the customer is still not
happy and would like a refund there will be a
cancellation fee of 60% of the total cost of the
portrait.
If a
customer receives an approved portrait and wishes to
have a refund and refuses us the opportunity to make
changes, a refund will only be made once the
customer has returned the portrait to us. We will
then complete the refund - there will be a
cancellation fee of 60% of the total cost of the
portrait.
Copyright Information
We retain copyright on all the artwork. All
commissioned artwork is displayed on the 'on the
easel page' and once complete may be added to a
gallery page on our websites. Customer emails, in
whole or in part may be used as a testimonial in the
customer comments and in the gallery section. If you
would prefer us not to display these you can opt out
upon ordering. All text and images must not be used
or copied either in full or in part on this website.
Damage in Transit
In the unlikely event that a painting or drawing is
damaged in transit, the artwork must be sent back to
us in its original packaging, upon which I will
repair or replace it. Overseas clients, please take
photos of the artwork and email these to me to
discuss the best course of action.
General
These terms and conditions may be modified at
anytime without notice. Revised terms and conditions
will be applicable with immediate effect. Website
prices are shown in British pounds sterling.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
The contents and images of this website belong to David Pringle, and as such are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights. No part of this website may be reproduced without our permission.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information contained on this site is true and accurate, we cannot give any warranty to that effect.
